At Safero Maritime, inspection and quality assurance are integral to our sourcing process. Every item is evaluated with a focus on technical suitability, transparency, and client confidence before dispatch.
Inspection Process
Structured and Technically Verified
All equipment and spare parts supplied by Safero Maritime undergo a defined inspection process conducted by experienced marine professionals.
Our inspection process includes:
- Review of client requirements and specifications
- Physical inspection of equipment or spare parts
- Verification of nameplates, model numbers, and identification marks
- Assessment of physical condition and completeness
- Evaluation of visible wear, damage, or modifications
Inspections are carried out with practical marine operational understanding, ensuring that technical observations are relevant and accurate.
Condition Classification
Clear and Transparent Condition Definitions
Safero Maritime clearly defines the condition of every item supplied. We do not use ambiguous descriptions.
Our condition classifications include:
Used: Equipment or spare parts removed from service, inspected for identification and physical condition, supplied without reconditioning.
Reconditioned: Equipment or components that have undergone cleaning, inspection, repair, or overhaul as applicable. Scope of reconditioning is clearly defined and communicated.
Serviceable Used: Used items assessed as suitable for reuse based on inspection and condition evaluation.
Condition status is communicated clearly prior to order confirmation.

Our documentation typically includes:
